Studied Tai Chi at 15 years old. I have been attending classes every Sunday for two years.
WHAT GOT YOU INTERESTED IN TAI CHI:
My father, Eugene Walder, introduced me to Tai Chi. He has been practicing Tai Chi for over 30 years, and he finally found a teacher that was teaching him the secrets he had been searching for years.
WHAT KEEPS YOU INVOLVED IN TAI CHI:
At first, I started attending class strictly on spending time with my father, but now I enjoy Tai Chi very much so.
WHY WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TAI CHI TO OTHERS:
I would like to recommend Tai Chi to anyone who is looking to enhance his or her breathing and mobility and fulfillness by practicing Tai Chi. I know that this is my goal.
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE US TO KNOW:
I’m athletic. I play Varsity basketball and volleyball for school. I also have a 1st degree black belt in Hwa Rang Do.
