Tai Chi is not just learning a series of moves or steps, but a process of learning how to move and use your body in a new and better way… The process of learning is really unending, it just goes on and on and there’s always something new to discover, regardless of your experience.

It has wonderful health benefits, it stimulates the mind, it provides a basis for self-defense…

Tai Chi is suitable for people from an early age through the retirement years. People can take from Tai Chi a number of things, depending on what their interests are, including: improved balance and stamina, enhanced physical tone and overall health, calmer disposition, self-defense skills.
