TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF:
I am 92 years old, and have been studying and practing Tai Chi with Mr. T. C. Hou for one and a half years. I was starting to lose balance when I was walking and I was told that practicing tai-chi would help that problem. It certainly has.
COMMENTS ON THE CLASSES:
In my younger years I played a lot of tennis and did a lot of swimming, so I know how important it is to keep physically fit. T. C. has worked with me at the pace that my muscles will tolerate.
