Always-Ready warm-up Workshop
Modern life can be a hectic to say the least. Working late, working weekends, making time for friends and family, and sitting in traffic are parts of everyone’s daily life. Sometimes it just feels like there is not enough time to set time aside for exercise.
This series of three workshops was designed to solve this dilemma. The concepts and exercises practiced throughout this series can be done in minutes and inside in a rather small space. Tai Chi is not just about martial arts or healthy bodies. It is also about the philosophy that we can apply to every part of our life to achieve harmony.
