WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED FROM TAI CHI:
- Not too much, not too little.
- Control is not so good, Harmony is better.
- Stay alert and positive.
- When attacked: First avoid, then keep in touch, lastly respond.
- Find ways to use four ounces of force to exert a thousand pounds.
WHAT KEEPS YOU INVOLVED IN TAI CHI: I’m ALWAYS learning something new.
WHY WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TAI CHI TO OTHERS: It is an art that we can practice until the day we die and all we need is our body.
COMMENTS ON THE CLASSES: Whether it is a half hour, one hour, or two hours, I feel invigorated, refreshed, and light.
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE US TO KNOW: Be patient. The best benefits from Tai Chi come after long, continuous practice. There are no short cuts or immediate results, but if you are patient, the benefits will affect your whole life.
