WHAT GOT YOU INTERESTED IN TAI CHI:
I had several teachers recommend that I try taijiquan! I’ve studied martial arts for a good part of my life, and started my training in high school with traditional wrestling. Prior to arriving at TC Society I’ve studied tae kwon do, shaolin, and other internal and external martial arts with several different teachers. Most of these teachers recommended that I try tai chi.
WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED FROM TAI CHI:
I’ve learned more than I could ever write. Health benefits, wisdom, better balance, strategy, simplicity, and so much more…
WHY WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TAI CHI TO OTHERS:
Great exercise for mind and body. Whatever your goal is, and whatever your background- everyone can benefit from taiji.
