All the Tai Chi Chuan stances in all the different styles are all comprised of just eight elementary forces. TC Hou has developed an original eight stance San-Shou routine to identify and practice the eight elementary forces.
In each workshop, students will be introduced to fundamental Tai Chi concepts and learn practices to help apply them. In addition, each workshop will introduce a new stance in the aforementioned San-Shou routine and have to the opportunity to practice with others.
You may begin your attendance at any workshop. We hold these workshop series several times per year and if you miss a date in this series there is a good chance we will offer the workshop later in the year.
Group 1 – Qi Kung
Workshop 1: Tai Chi breathing and Qi flow in meridians
Study Qi channels (meridians) in human body, and learn to nourish them with correct breathing pattern
